TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024



  • Please read all the information carefully. You accept these terms and conditions when entering into any coaching related activities through TP Tennis at any location where TP Tennis is the operator.
  • Anyone receiving tennis lessons from TP Tennis as the provider, whether group or individual sessions does so with the acknowledgement of these terms and conditions and therefore agrees to abide by them.
  • Anyone receiving coaching at Stormont LTC as a non-member must pay an extra £5 and select non-member on the payments page when selecting your class.
  • Coaching on the program for children at Stormont requires your child to join the club. We allow a 2-week grace period as a new non-member before you are required to join the club on week 3. If on week 3 you do not wish to continue you must let us know and we can then issue you a refund for the remaining weeks of the term. To join the club please click here.
  • All coaches have been DBS checked with up to date licences.
  • All coaches are professionally qualified with the LTA. On occasion the coach will have a PTR qualification. This is an internationally recognised and certified qualification with the LTA. ITF and USTA and comes with public liability insurance.
  • Coaches that hold an LTA level 2 qualification will be able to give private lessons as well as group lessons.
  • All coaches have attended and hold current Emergency First Aid at Work level 1 Certification.
  • All classes will be booked online before attending at the following links: Juniors, Adults, Camps, Junior Vouchers or Adult Vouchers.
  • All payments to TP Tennis via online booking will be made via Debit, PayPal or all major credit cards.
  • Visa Debit, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted via "tap-n-go" on court with the coach for all other types of lessons.
  • Customers may receive a full refund if they decide to opt-out of any booking for a term or a camp no later than 24 hrs before the commencement of the first session. After this time period has been breached no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You must inform us via email at tptennis@live.co.uk.
  • TP Tennis operates a pro-rata payment system on all their Junior Programme group classes. If there is a space free on the class you wish to book onto during any point before the terms ends, you will be allowed to book and pay the remaining price for that particular term.
  • For all adult group sessions our booking system will allow access to all adult classes up to 12 hours prior to a class starting. You WILL NOT be able to book after this. (You may call TP Tennis directly and be added if there are spaces or if you wish to be added to a waiting list). To re-book for the next class you will have access after 1 hour of each class finishing. TP Tennis reserve the right to cancel any class due to adverse weather conditions. You will be informed of any cancellation up to 1 hour of that session starting. If you do not hear from us to notify you of a cancellation then assume the lesson will run. Any cancellations will be subject to a credit given for future sessions. No refunds.
  • For all individual lessons, shared lessons and small private group lessons, you will need to give the coach 24 hours notice upon cancellation by e-mail to tptennis@live.co.uk, otherwise you agree to pay 50% of the full lesson fee. This is non-negotiable. For no shows without any notice, you agree to pay the full price of the lesson.
  • TP Tennis operates in outdoor locations and therefore cannot 100% guarantee every session will run due to adverse weather conditions. If we are able to carry out the lessons safely then we will. However, all TP Tennis coaches reserve the right to cancel any session up to 45 minutes in advance. You will receive a text SMS or WhatsApp message to inform you of this. If you do not hear from us then you will assume the class will go ahead as scheduled.
  • In the rare and exceptional advent that a coach does not contact you within an absolute maximum time frame of 35 minutes before the session begins and you turn up to start at the allotted class time with the coach not present, TP Tennis will issue any customer a full refund for that session.
  • TP Tennis allows 1 spare week during October - December and January - February each year on the Junior Coaching Programs for adverse weather loss and disruption. If more than 2 weeks are lost due to bad weather in any term time (periods between school holidays) then you may be entitled to a refund of those extra weeks lost. This would be in exceptional circumstances where 3, 4, 5 weeks etc. have been lost in any one term. If 1 or 2 weeks have been lost this is not refundable. You agree to the length of each term or half-term depending on the website booking request.
  • Places on classes cannot be held open. Payment has to be made before commencement of the first week. Unless spaces are available during the term.
  • When booking via the website, please make sure to include any food allergies, specific medical conditions or injuries that you or your child may have that we should be made aware of beforehand.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your belongings during your session.
  • The care of your child when on court is our highest priority but we do not accept any responsibility when the session is over. It is imperative that you collect your child or have suitable cover in place as we have other classes to take and therefore cannot guarantee safety once their session has finished.
  • When booking any sessions with TP Tennis you agree for us to use your image or that of your child's image for posting onto our website or social media platforms. TP Tennis will never use any images of our coaching clientele anywhere else or for any other purpose. We will only use your image where this would feature in a tennis capacity attending one of our sessions that you have booked for either yourself or your child through TP Tennis. To exempt either yourself or your child's image from being utilised by us in this way please email: tptennis@live.co.uk to confirm this in writing.
  • Camp and term-time vouchers can be redeemable for any camp/class in one calendar year from purchase. Proof of purchase from the booking made must be sent to us via email at tptennis@live.co.uk up to 1 week in advance of the camp/class you wish to redeem it for. You will then be booked onto the camp/class of your choice.
  • Individual lesson vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase or they will become invalid. Please retain the proof of purchase invoice when making this booking.
